Orders will be shipped within 2 days, except on weekend and holidays. After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, confirmation e-mail will be sent to you (do not forget to check your spam inbox as well). In that mail, you can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return

De dam foundation will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging. You can choose the items to be refunded or choose a new item/size. We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees.
